As part of the implementation of the regional project "The Success of Every Child" in St. Petersburg, a system is being created to identify, support, and develop the abilities and talents of children and youth. The key factors that influence the achievement of goals for this project are the improvement of forms and methods of training and education, the modernisation of the supplementary education system, involving the integration of education, science, culture, and production, as well as the development of human resources. The interactive marathon involves introducing participants to the “products” of teaching and management activities, the best teaching practices in supplementary education, and methodological case studies. The marathon programme includes lectures, workshops, exhibitions, presentation of best practices, and effective solutions.
