The purpose of the event is the practice of implementing the programme “Promoting increased levels of financial literacy of the population and the development of financial education in the Russian Federation” through the creation of effective modern education technologies and the development of financial literacy as an element of functional literacy. The conference is organised within the framework of an agreement on the provision of subsidies from the federal budget in accordance with paragraph two of clause 1, Article 78.1 of the Budget Code of the Russian Federation.
